The staff and the host were all caring. It had comfortable location, right by La Spezia train station, and Cinque Terre in general. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Pasticceria Corbani that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met the demands. There were good-sized rooms with a modern interior. Their food was fabulous with a wide range of meals.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, Manarola Scenic Viewpoint was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Moreover, it's short walk to the famous cliffs, the harbour, and Manarola.
